Switches being shown as lights in SmartThings

Hi SmartThings team,

Three or my smart plugs (TP-Link P110, Device ID: 0a62407d-e1d5-4352-90c7-df2dc53fde5d) is being wrongly classified in the SmartThings app as a “Light,” even though it’s a plug

This is breaking my lighting automations and dashboards because it gets pulled into the “Lights” group and routines.

It is using the device profile plug-energy-usage-report with presentation ID ST_8f2be0ec-1113-46e0-ad56-3e92eb27410f, model P110, manufacturer TP-Link, manufacturerCode 0AI2, type VIPER.

Can you please reclassify this device or adjust the metadata so that it is treated as a switch

If it’s a VIPER type device, then it’s a Linked servce, cloud->cloud implemenation and is controlled by the vendor, not ST. You will need to contact their support since they are responsible for the profile and presentation definition.
