supportedFanOscillationModes is null even though the ac supports

I have MIM-H04 WiFi kit to connect my Samsung VRF AC to the network.
When I use the smartthings-cli to get the supportedFanOscillationModes status, I get an empty value.
I checked the rest API too, and I got the same (I removed my device id):

My device support vertical Fan Oscillation Mode, and I can even set this in SmartThings app, but it is not available.
