Anyone have a method of Triggering the Tamper Alert of the Schlage BE469 Alarm from within SmartThings? I’d like to have a routine that causes the Tamper Alert to sound. So far, the only way I can get the Alarm to sound is by, well, physically tampering with the Lock :grin:

Alarm is device function that can only be activated and deactivated on the lock by trying to get in, etc. I am not talking about enabling/disabling in the driver app. If alarm goes off, you have to push Schlage button to stop it. You can’t do this from the app

STHM doesn’t use the tamperAlert capability. You could set up a virtual sensor of one of the types that it does use (maybe contact sensor?) and use routines to sync the virtual sensor with the tamperAlert capability.
