[ST Edge] Driver for GE/Jasco Z-Wave Motion Switches and Dimmers - 24770, 26931, 26932, 26933

I’m not aware of any alternatives. You could certainly clone his repo and add it yourself then package it up under your own personal drivers.

Great idea. Probably over my pay grade but will consider. Thanks!

If you need some guidance, DM me. It’s not too difficult.

I believe the @csstup has been updating the Jasco drivers.

Yes, I just learned that he picked up support for the Z-Wave Switch PH driver and has integrated the GE/Jasco code into the main switch code. This means that a separate, GE/Jasco specific driver will no longer be needed. I’m going to try and work with him to take all the recent requests and get them added to his version. Folks can subscribe to his channel here and install the Z-Wave Switch CS driver as an alternative to the GE/Jasco specific drivers.

Awesome and appreciated. I’ll check out his channel.

I switched all my GE/Jasco devices over to the Z-Wave Switch CS driver today. Working good.

Unfortunately, still not recognizing my Enbrighten Paddle Dimmer 58438 or Paddle Switch 58433 :thinking:. Hopefully these get included in a future batch.

Sorry if I gave you the impression that they would work with his driver. He just combined the existing GE/Jasco driver code with the general Z-Wave switch driver code. I’m hoping we’ll get recent requests integrated into his driver shortly. To make that happen for your devices, we need to know the fingerprints (Mfg Code/Model) for your devices. If they have been added successfully to your hub, please go to either the ST Advanced Web App or the community developed API Browser+ to find the fingerprints and post them here for both of your devices.

This is great! I’m learning a ton.

  • Enbrighten Paddle Dimmer 58438 Mfg Code 0063-4944-3430 / Model 4944-3430
  • Enbrighten Paddle Switch 58433 Mfg Code 0063-4952-3239 / Model 4952-3239.

Thanks @h0ckeysk8er!

I’m in the same boat. Just got a few 58433 (ZW 4011) and need to get the “buttons” to work. Double, triple tap etc etc. In additon, this switch supports changing the color of the LED light. Would be cool to use that feature.

Fingers crossed that someone gets these added as I can no longer find any GE 46201 switches.

@gbruyn and @Scott68,

I updated the fingerprints in the philh30 code to include your switches when I updated it to include another new switch that I just got. I’m sharing this in case it is helpful for now. I have not looked into supporting the LED color at this point and don’t know if I’ll be able to, but everything else you need should work for now.

Here’s the link to the driver channel:

Interested to know if this works out for either of you.

Hi, so I was directed here from another thread ([ST Edge] Driver for GE/Jasco/Honeywell Z-Wave Switches, Dimmers, Fans, Outlets, and Plug-Ins - #395 by csstup)

I had to replace a Jasco switch with a newer one, which has a newer fingerprint that isn’t in Philh30’s drivers. And, I understand he’s moved onto a different platform. Since it seems that’s you’ve forked them and updated them, I’m hoping maybe you can add this newer switch. It’s a standard on/off switch, but I need the double/triple tap that Phil’s drivers had.

It’s this switch:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BRDJJ5ZN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

and this fingerprint/ID: 0063-4952-3333

Thanks in advance!

@BeefJerky, could you please provide the ZW number from the front of the switch as well? That number might also be in the instructions that came in the box.

The ID shown is: ZWA4011ULT

Thanks!

I’m happy to update the existing set of consolidated Zwave switch drivers (as started by Phil) but if someone else is already doing it, it doesn’t make any sense to have multiples going.

@BigThunder You rock! Thanks.

@BeefJerky, go ahead and try the updated version I just pushed out.

Dualing updates, but some people may already be using Zwave Switch CS.

I can confirm that your updated driver, as well as Corey’s updated driver both work for my 0063-4952-3333 switch, including the double-tap.

Thanks so much to both of y’all for helping out with support for these!
