I fortunately donā€™t have the device. Iā€™ve been thinking about buying one but there is no driver so havenā€™t bought one yet. It is this one.

Works great and nice to see the signal strength information.
Thank you for adding this, Im sure there will be quite a lot of people using this cheap Tuya sensor who will benefit.

Aqara uses proprietary messaging format. Without the device to test against it it would be very challenging to add support for it. Iā€™m sorry, I wonā€™t be able to help here.

However, there is device handler for it that might work

There are also community members that develop edge drivers for Aqara devices, perhaps they can help. @veonua @erickv @Mariano_Colmenarejo and others.

Please be prepared to provide logs from smarthings cli. If something doesnā€™t work, it is the only way to see whatā€™s happening with edge driver

Hi Yakov,

I have connected 2 of my 4 Tuya sensors using your driver and they are working correctly but I have 2 others that wont connect.

The only difference between them seems to be that the one you wrote the driver for is on application 4A and the ones I have that wont connect are on application 00

The manufacturer is different, hence the driver does not recognise the device.
However, it looks very similar. I will add the new fingerprint and we will see how it goes

I added the TUYATEC-v3uxbuxy/RH3052 fingerprint to the driver.

I dont know if its a sensor problem or a driver problem but one of my TUYATEC-v3uxbuxy/RH3052 is showing 7% battery with either the old or a new battery. Iā€™ve tried deleting and re-adding the sensor but always shows 7% battery.

Any thoughts?

I really have no idea. New Aqara devices require special pairing that ST does not support.

i am on IOS, my automation is: turn on light if aqara sensor detects lux less than 200.
