@lcoker and @ygerlovin i have this same issue, have all 4 P1 sensor but only 3 registering unusal high illuminance , the driver ver is 1.8.16

how did u resolve the issue?

The 1.8.16 updated my problem with the sensor pegging the illuminance value to max when it was in the dark.

I installed this to pair my numerous Aqara door sensors, the first one worked fine and reported back more data than it ever did pre-edge, but I can’t add more. Can anyone help me please?

i can’t pair aqara contact sensor hub v2
i think the problem is with new update the search on near by is working for less time the hub stop blinking after some seconds

hi, i came here for getting the aquara p1 to work. i have tried marianos driver (no routines possible), and yours shows only signal strength, how do i get the other functions working?

I see for the vibration sensor that 1. Automations are not available on threeAxis…
Is there any chance this can change? would have many fun new use cases.
Making a 3d cube, putting the sensor in, and then we can put the cube upwards for lights to turn on or off, etc.
or notice when a door is open or closed, replacing the door sensors that require two parts.

…I bought one today, but can’t get it paired with smartthings. tried holding it next to the hub, holding the button for 5 seconds, reclicking every ~1s, but it won’t pair. tried around 15 times now.

Could anyone provide up-to-date (2023) instructions for adding the MCCGQ01LM Xiaomi MiJia door and window contact sensor to SmartThings v2 Hub? So much has changed with the SmartThings mobile app and the my.smartthings.com instead of Groovey IDE that most old instructions are hard to follow or irrelevant. I have added the “Yakov’s SmartThings Edge Drivers (Beta)” and installed “Zigbee Sensors Edge Driver [YG] 1.8.16” and “Zigbee Thing [YG] v1.0.2”. It works for previously added devices but I can’t figure out how to add a new one to the hub. Specifically when I choose “Add Device” in the mobile app and then “Partner device”, I have no idea what to choose next and anything I tried never got to the point of showing the device in “my.smartthings.com”. Someone can give up-to-date step-by-step instructions?

After you download the driver(s) just scan for nearby devices at the bottom of the screen, and the appropriate driver should be assigned.

Is there a way, how to change the sensitivity of the vibration sensor, when the driver can not show it in settings? I am very new to this, I tried to search, how to do it, but I have no idea. I have the DJT11LM vibration sensor.

Hello all. Just got 2 Aqara Motion Sensor P1 and installed the edge driver, one thing whenever I’m trying to update the settings in it I’m getting an error “A network or server error occurred. Please try again later.”

This happens when trying to change values on any settings for the sensor. A small loading icon appears and stays like that for a while until that message appears. And values are not changed.

Does anybody know why!

I get the same errors, with changes in the “Detection Interval” or “Sensor Detection Sensitivity”. This has been the case since I installed the driver. I’ll need to concede to Community Master Yakov Gerlovin for a possible solution. This pertains to the “Zigbee Sensors Edge Driver [YG] 1.8.16”.
