I have been using SmartWings Zigbee shades with the custom @Mariano_Colmenarejo driver (Zigbee Windows Treatment Mc v. 2023-08-17T14:15:31.971307018) since June without any issue. However, this morning I noticed that my morning Routine to open the shades was not working. I also can’t open or close the shades manually with the app, but they do work with the stock remote control. Interestingly the status of the shades (open/close and battery) is syncing fine within the SmartThings app. I am a bit of a beginner with SmartThings, so it is possible that the issue is user error. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Nothing has changed in the driver since August 17. If something doesn’t work now it must be related to the platform or the app, I don’t know what it could be.
If you had a Hub firmware update to 49.8, then you may try to reboot the Hub.
