Smartthings NEW APP - Fibaro Double Switch 2 (FGS-223) - Second channel problems (child device)

Application version: 1.7.41-25 - Smartthings NEW app

I keep having issues with my Fibaro double switch 2.
While the first channel is working great, the second channel is not.

I am using the official device handlers.
The second channel, while it works when i press the on off button, the device keeps spinning on the app without properly showing that the state has changed. The loading icon can keep spinning without ever showing that the state has changed. When i exit the device and look at the device’s card, then the device’s state shows as changed. I have no idea why this is happening.

Please help me!

Hi Andreas
Were you able to find a solution? I’m having the same issue. Child 2 is not showing up in the app, although it is listed in the IDE and works in ActionTiles .
Thank you

Edit: Found this: [RELEASE] Fibaro Single Switch 2 FGS-213 & Double Switch 2 FGS-223 - #235 by csumner

Just removed my fibaro double switches and will also remove my other fibaro devices and never bother with that sh**ty company again!!!

While there are no current zigbee replacements for the double switch i got sonoff zigbee minis to replace everything i can. 11.50 each. Local execution on smartthings and super fast. Even switching the fibaro single switch 2 to the zwave switch generic that does give local execution, due to deep sleep, it still takes much longer to turn on or off in comparison to zigbee. Which also really stupid in my opinion as i don’t understand why a mains powered needs to go into deep sleep. Worst purchase ever. My recommendation is to get rid of fibaro and never buy from them again.

Have you tried one of these?

Not much mention here in the ST forum, but it seems to be working well with Hubitat according to this thread:

Having the aqara one switch relay without neutral. Works good at smartthings using zigbee switch power device type.

But, also having the fibaro double switch in another room having no problem like those described above.

That is good to know. I think then the Aqara two channel relay could be made to work, also.
