IOS 17.4.1 ST app 1.7.13
The app will not launch. It will flash the logo screen then shuts down. I tried turning the iPhone off and on and no help. Anyone else experiencing this?
Ok… you tried powering the iPhone off/on.
- have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling?
- made any changes recently on your iPhone or home network - ad blocking/VPN/other?
- I forget…is the logo before or after login?
Ended up having to reinstall the app and then it start working and it found my configuration - devices, rooms, routines, etc.
