I reviewed your Hubs, and bouth appears as âCLAIMED.â This means it is already installed on the SmartThings platform, and you wonât be able to claim it with another account. Here are some instructions to reset the Hub:
Please follow these steps:
If you are using batteries for the V2, you should remove them
Factory Reset (Using Ethernet Cable)
- Unplug the hub from power.
- Connect an Ethernet cable from the hub directly to your router.
- Press and hold the reset button on the hub.
- While still holding the reset button, plug the hub back into power.
- Continue holding the button for approximately 15â30 seconds.
- Release the button when the LED changes color (usually flashing yellow or red).
- Allow the hub to complete the reset and enter setup / pairing mode.
- Open the SmartThings app and set up the hub as a new device.
