I reviewed your Hub, and it appears as ‘CLAIMED.’ This means it is already installed on the SmartThings platform, and you won’t be able to claim it with another account. Here are some instructions to reset the Hub:

  1. Connect the Hub via ethernet
  2. Then, follow the steps to factory reset it. Here’s a link that has the instructions for different models:

OK did that, can you try again please? I actually have a second one if you could get me the code for that also SSN is 3000131478 first number is a 3 or an 8 it is worn off.

I did a reset and now blue light is flashing.

Could you please send us a photo of the serial number on your Hub? We are still seeing the Hub as CLAIMED on our side

Here is the SN. I had the hub working on the older app. But it quit working.

Unfortunately, the reset was not successful, and the device still has a CLAIMED status.
The engineering team has informed us that if performing the reset is not possible, it is highly likely to be a hardware issue with the device. Please try resetting it once again by following the instructions in the video below.
