I am new to SmartThings and am tying to setup my V2 hub. I am stuck at a screen that say it is getting ready and to not unplug it. It has been at this for hours. How can I get ride of it. The lights are a solid blue then they go off for 30 seconds and on for 30 seconds. HELP PLEASE!
The same thing happened to me when I first set up my ST hub. I simply started over and it worked. Have you tried that?
