Smartthings find map won't load and can't track lost esrbuds or phone

I lost my galaxy buds 3 pro a week or two ago and have been trying to track it on website since but it only gives me the option to ring them and the map won’t load at all. Does the same when I try track my phone.

Try using the samsung find app. If your not on samsung i would try the find my mobile site for samsung.
