Oh, I see. I thought Power was just on/off. So, yes, my outlet used to monitor the Power usage level (like @eric182 's image shows), not Energy usage. But now it doesn’t even do that. It only shows on or off.
Try to unistall device from app.
Put device un pairing Mode
Add device with search nearby option
with this driver must execute device configure again
I’m an idiot. I should have tried that first. I deleted the device and re-added it, using the default SmartThings Zigbee Switch driver, and now it works as expected.

I have an Aeon Labs Smart Energy Switch which the Zwave power meter edge driver which shows power usage, but would not allow the switch to work. I just tried the Zigbee switch driver and it now show power usage and the switch now works.
With this Zigbee driver for a Z-wave device, LOL, is there any way to change the poll time to something like 30 seconds as it seems to be set for about 5 minutes which is not ideal.
Something’s wrong, you can’t use a zigbee Driver for a Zwave device or vice versa. It just won’t work. 
Can you show a screen print of the advance page for the device?
I swear it originally shown up as a Zigbee driver… Maybe Chrome had issues cashing the data.
