Smartthings Crashing Immediately When Launched After Android 12 One UI 4.0 Update

Right after updating to Android 12 my SmartThings app crashes immediately upon opening. Prior to this I’ve had no issues. I updated to Android 12 and one UI 4.0 over the air about a couple weeks ago or whenever it went live for Samsung Galaxy Ultra 5G S20 Exynos US Variant T-Mobile.

I’ve done all the basic troubleshooting that should be done so please consider that in your response. Nothing seems to work and I really don’t want to reset my phone.

What I tried:
-Uninstall and Reinstall
-Storage and Cache Cleaning

  • Restart
    -Tried installing from both App Stores
    -Uninstalled WebView Updates / Then Reinstalled (Didn’t work both ways)

Any Suggestions?

You might try and side load an older version and see if that gets it going.

Have you tried official support? In the US you can reach them by phone or email. Since you have a galaxy phone, you may get the quickest response there. :thinking:
