The Android mobile app version 1.8.47.24 on both my Pixel 6a phone (Android 17) and my Lenovo Table P11 (Android 14) crashes when the app is opened. This just started within the past hour.
The Advanced Web App is working as expected.
Ditto here… only have Galaxy phones, but is crashing on both of them.
Same here - on multiple Samsung Galaxy phones.
Tried clearing app cache, data, and did a reinstall before discovering it’s not just my phone. Now the reinstall keeps crashing… should just learn to be a bit more patient. Sheesh!

Mine as well, was working an hour ago and updated Google Play Store on a S24 Ultra and thought it worked after updating, but now app crash everytime I try to open it. Glad I’m not the only one with the issue and I don’t think it’s due to the Google Play Store update either if others are also having the issue.
I had the problem on a Galaxy and rebooting the phone seemingly cleared it for me, but I’m not seeing the problem on other phones so it could easily have been a coincidence.

I’m seeing it on my s25 ultra, a tab a9+ and z flip 4. Only device that’s working on is my fridge!

Still not working for me on multiple devices. If I bombard samsung with enough crash reports maybe it’ll be resolved quickly

Same here, running a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.
Tip:Windows app is working, and all your settings and routines are still there, so seems to be a problem with the anroid app itself.

Same here… SmartThings app keeps crashing, same issue across multiple smartphones. Initially I thought my Samsung account has been corrupted so I tried to login to web. I did manage to log-in but then after a short while, it also threw an error. I tried to login again but then ALL my setup (location, home, hub, devices, routines) are ALL GONE!!!..
Hope this is something Samsung would fix & restore.
Not solved. App crashes on start. I thought it had to do with installing latest security fixes from Samsung on my s23 this morning (Android 16,oneui 8.5, July security patch) but I guess not since others have this issue. Cannot use the app which is critical of course. Have cleared cache and data without success. Please Smartthings, acknowledge the issue and fix it.

Same here since this morning (CET). Android app closes automatically 1 or 2 seconds after launching, same on multiple Android devices. Without network connection the app stays up, that may indicate an issue with the connection to the Smartthings cloud. On the my.smartthings webapp everything is normal, all devices are there and routines execute normally on the hub.
Hope Samsung quickly acknowledges the problem and solves it…
Same for me all my my and my family devices with same issue (all are samsung) but still working on Iphone
