Hi everyone,
Iam experiencing an issue where the SmartThings mobile app opens to a black screen and does not load. The app was working fine until recently, but now when I launch it, I only see a black screen with no buttons or menus visible.
Restarting my phone and reinstalling the app didn’t fix the problem, and the issue persists on both Wi-Fi and mobile data. I also tried clearing the app cache, but it didn’t help.

Device Samsung Galaxy S22 / iPhone 14
OS Version:Android 13 / iOS 17
SmartThings App Version: Latest from Play Store / App Store
Issue Behavior
App opens but displays a black screen with no response. No error messages appear.
Other apps work fine; only SmartThings is affected.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Could this be related to a recent app update, server issues, or a corrupted user profile Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
