Smartthings app can't see rules that is created by REST API?

When I create rules through REST API, I can’t see this automation in the Smartthings App?

If there is a way to view the rules in the app or if there is a document for reference, please let me know.

That’s correct. Rules created via the Rules API are not accessible in the mobile app. You can see them in the ST Advanced Web App. All types of automations are viewable there including Rules API, mobile app Routines, and Smartlighting Recipes.
