SmartThings ADT Hub - WiFi Only / No Ethernet port - connectivity issues

Agreed this is becoming annoying, my hub keeps disconnecting and reconnecting every few minutes. This just started out of now where, nothing was added or removed or moved

that is absolutely not the case and is a poorly justified solution. I have the opposite problem where I have an enterprise grade infrastructure (Palo Alto FW, Juniper Switches and ruckus wireless APs) every device in my house connect to the wifi just fine except the smarthings ADT hub. it gives me the limited connection error with no real log message behind to explain the problem cause, nor is anyone at samsung able to assist. only way for it to work is connecting it directly to the cable modem’s cheap wifi , I wish someone could help more than their suggestion to reboot…
