SmartLighting App Can't Detect Sunset Since Daylight Savings

Ever since the switch to DST this past Sunday morning, the SmartLighting app can’t figure out the correct time for sunset. The correct time in my area is 7:15pm, but the app triggers sunset actions at both 6:15 and then again at 9:15. Is there any way that I can force my Hub to detect the proper time? Interestingly, it has no issue with detecting sunrise.

I was having this problem the day before the time changed. To fix it I changed the start point restriction to a specific time, saved, then reverted to sunset based and it started working.
