Smarthings won't start, says phone is rooted but it's not

Galaxy s24 ultra NOT rooted.

Just started getting the message “For security, you can’t access SmartThings on a device that’s been rooted or changed in an unauthorized way.”

Reinstalled, same issue.

Ideas?

I had to Google what those apps are, lol

I don’t have toybox or busybox installed.

This is really getting frustrating.

My whole house is running smartthings and I can’t use the app. I’ve sat through multiple chat sessions with Samsung, tried the same fixes over and over. Reboot phone, reinstall app, turn off dev mode, blah blah. Didn’t work the first 3 times I tried it so it’s time to try something other than what their little script thing says.
