Hi, I have a Samsung Tv but when I try to connect SmartThing to it that doesn’t identify. I don’t understand why.So, how connect my Tv to SmartThing ?

What is the model code of the TV you are attempting to connect?
Have you already tried resetting the TV and reconnecting your Samsung account?
