Smart Things and TV KS7500

Hello,

I’m having some problems while trying to add my UE49KS75000 to Smart Things App.
I have the product registered with Samsung Members, also confirmed that I have have logged in Samsung Account in TV and have the latest firmware available (1242).

If I search as a TV, it doesn’t find the TV.
If I try to add the product manually searching for UE49KS7500, it tells me to log in in my Samsung Account and install the latest firware.
If I try to add by QR code, it tells me the device can’t be added via QR.

I’m stucked with this for a long time and don’t know what more to do.

(Note I have other products, from another brands, added into Smart Things without any issue).

Any suggestions?
