Does anyone know of a “Smart Chime” or something that I can set up to notify if someone rings my standard non video door bell. I see some have used that magnetic vibration from a chime to activate a door/window sensor, but was wondering if there is a device that would work

Yep. As @marktheknife said, people have done this many different ways, but if you just want to buy an off-the-shelf solution that works with SmartThings, here is the Nexia one he mentioned.
