I have installed Smart Alarm, but cannot get the entry and exit delay to work. Is has been set for the minimum 30 seconds. However, when I arm the system (through a ST Routine which sets the Mode to Away), I receive a text notification that the alarm has been tripped. Any suggestions?
I ran into this due to my Ecolink PIR motion detector. I had my door multipurpose sensors on the delay but the PIR was still reading active when the routine triggered the mode to Away. This automtically triggering the alarm since the PIR was not on any delay when the mode switched.
