Looking for a sliding glass door smart lock which will integrate with smartthings. Any ideas?
It’s been done, although since those project reports were posted some of the devices have been discontinued so you would have to get new were equivalents. All of which is exist.
The basic approach is to get any Electric door strike that works with your door, plug or wire it into a smart plug or relay that works with smartthings, and control that. Some people have also added a keypad. But it’s the electric strike that makes this whole concept work.

Oh, and we should say that Yale does make one specifically for the Anderson verilock system. There is a Z wave bridge for it. But I don’t think it fits very many other doors.
