Shelly Integration not working any more

Hi Folks,

after updating all 6 shelly blu trv and playing around with new silent mode, all my shellies do not react on Smartthings settings any more. Not only TRV, but all Shellies. They are online and show new data.

I removed silent_mode already, nothings helps.

I can see all devices, all measures, but they do not react on commands any more.

I have the same problems with Shelly Cloud integration.
I see all devices, if i use Shelly APP or manual mode, i see status on SmartThings but i can’t do nothing with SmartThings APP.
I have tried to remove Shelly Cloud service, and relinked but no fix.

Deintegrating Shelly

Integrate again helped.

All routines have to be updated afterwards.

What does “deintegrating” mean? Do you mean “Unlinking Shelly Cloud” and then relinking the service?
