Several Lights not responding to ST

I have several Hue bulbs that are not responding to SmartThings today. Not all, but several.

I can turn them on, but then I can’t turn them off. The ST mobile app shows them off, but they’re still on.

If I wait a few minutes, then I can “turn them on” and then off, and they’ll go off.

This is definitely either a lag, or disconnect.
