Sensi Thermostat linking to ST

I have tried to link my Sensi thermostat to ST for a while now, and every time I try, I get an error message (within the ST app on Android phone) which is a webpage overlay (though it almost looks like a Windows DOS prompt with text in that old DOS font), saying:

{“message”:”Missing Authentication Token”}

The header of the window says “Pretty-print” with a box next to it that looks like a checkbox, and the address of the page is sensiapi.io

You may want to reach out to Sensi Support as they maintain the integration. If the error occurs after your enter your Sensi credentials then most likely it is an issue on their end. Best advice… report to both ST Support and Sensi Support. To contact ST Support, tap on Menu and select Contact us.
