Schlage Nexia Z-Wave Keypad (FE99NX)

I installed a Schlage Nexia Z-Wave keypad about 10 years ago and it worked great for many years. However, for the past year or so, it frequently lose connectivity. And, the automations related to keypad no longer work. Any ideas?
