I’m trying to use this IFTTT applet to lock my Schlage Connect via my Google Home (I’m fully aware of the dangers of using voice to unlock, so not going down that route):
I can get the applet to run because Google Home responds with my phrase of choice, but the Schlage Connect doesn’t do a thing. I have no idea why. Has anyone gotten this to work?
Thinking about it, I changed the Device Handler (Type) to Rboy’s custom one (https://smartthings.rboyapps.com/). Maybe this is why it’s not working? I’d need to change it back to the default to test it out, and I kind of don’t want to…
Did you figure this out? I have a schlage connect lock and rboys app, really want to be able to lock door with google home.
