Schlage BE369NX CAM 716 stays unlocking

Hi all

I was able to connect Schlage Door lock (BE369NX CAM 716) with Smartthing App, and was able to display whether it’s lock or unlock (a bit lagging)

Now my problem is when I click ‘unlock’, it shows unlocking and look like it froze. It never really unlock the door.

Seeking to see if anyone experience the same issue here ?

Did you every resolve this? I have the same lock and it does this sometimes, too. In fact it also does not report the correct status (it is always “Unlocked”). Any suggestions would be welcome, thanks.
