I feel like I’ve been complaining a lot on this forum lately, so I thought I’d share a good news story.
Last night as I was getting ready for bed, SHM alerted me to moisture. I have an Everspring moisture sensor at the top of my sump. The sump pump had stopped working, and water had risen in the sump pit to a couple inches from the top. And SmartThings let me know before it turned into a disaster!
I was able to get the pump to limp along 'til morning and replaced it as soon as Lowes opened up.
So, good job SmartThings. You saved me from a considerable expense.
