Any of the Samsung Door Locks now under Zigbang do not work with iPhone. They are only meant for Android use. If the Doorlock isn’t working, times out, doesn’t connect to the network, doesn’t work with your WiFi router, it has absolutely nothing to do with your setups. It is simply that the Doorlock door locks do not operate with IPhones. And the manufacturers and Zigbang have done nothing to alleviate the issue there are other locks you can purchase that work with iPhones, this isn’t one of them.
A Samsung door lock likely doesn’t work with an iPhone because the lock doesn’t support the iOS platform or the specific Samsung Wallet digital key feature; Samsung locks are often designed for Android and use NFC or UWB connectivity for digital keys, which may not be supported on an iPhone. To fix this, check if your specific Samsung door lock model is compatible with iPhones or if there’s a specific app like SmartThings that offers iPhone support.
Here is your answer that no one could provide. If you already bought one as I did then you’re out of luck. Short of buying an android phone to operate the lock you bought from Samsung and Zigbang who neglected on purpose to let you know at time of purchase that it won’t work on iPhone and they aren’t working on any solution to rectify the issue it is a wholly owned responsibility of Samsung and Zigbang.
Rather than fix the issue, Samsung shirked its responsibility by selling the division to Zigbang without having informed them of the error that the locks do not work as advertised on iPhones. A reprehensible market practice on behalf of Samsung. Proving to be a lascivious company whose products leave much to be desired and must be shunned at all cost. This behaviour by a company is not only unacceptable but devious.
