Samsung Device unable to Register to Smartthings after Forcefully Removing and Resetting IT

I’m having trouble reregistering my Samsung Device to Smartthings Cloud. I’ve tried Resetting the Device multiple times and Ive sent Logs to Samsung but they have not done anything.

I’m Specificity having this issue with my Samsung Jet Bot AI+ which connects directly to Smartthings via the Internet. Its been 3 Months and Samsung has stated that they are still trying to work it out.
