Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 no video on QE49Q85TATXXU Smart TV

Hi all,
I have the above TV and a Ring doorbell pro 2. both set up in Alexa and Smartthings.
TV is on latest firmware as far as I can tell.

The Samsung support site doesn’t mention the Ring Doorbell Pro 2 but the pro is supposed to be compatible.

My TV shows the doorbell in the smartthings app and I get notifications on the screen of the doorbell being pressed. I have not enabled motion notifications.
The problem is I am not seeing any video on the TV screen, either live view or notification video.
Anyone any idea why?
Is it the doorbell incompatible, Smartthings or alexa or have I missed something in the setup?
Any help appreciated.
