I pre-ordered the Echo Show because of the Ring integration, but I was hoping there would be a way to set it up to auto answer (show live feed) when the bell is pushed or it senses motion. I have a tablet that is set up to do this and find it super convenient.
How did you do this? I am waiting for the Ring Video Doorbell 2 to get in stock locally and would like to find an inexpensive way to do this. It should boost the WAF quite a bit.

I have an Android tablet. I use the app Keep Screen On to keep the tab unlocked and screen on. I use MacroDroid to launch the Ring app when I receive a motion or ring notification and then go back to the home screen after a minute. Most people use Tasker, but I wasn’t able to get it to work. I found MacroDroid much easier to use.
