Hi! Im using rings cameras for indoor surveillance and I’m trying to get them integrated within smartthings. I have connected ring & smartthings and the camera show up in smartthings as devices. But they always shows up as offline.
Is there a way to fix this ? missing some configuration?
Did you ever get an answer or fix for this? I’m having a similar issue. When I first connect my Ring account, all six cameras show up, but then two disappear, and three of the remaining four show as offline (all six are online and working fine in Ring).
I can see them all in the app now and I can show them via the app. You need to have live “live view” enabled I think.
