Quick shipping, quick and easy install and setup. Received a motion alert 2 minutes after setting up the zone and was like really a false alarm already but nope it was Fedex LOL.
Picture looks great and night view is better than I expected.
Was easy to add to SmartThings now to just play with how I want it to trigger things.

Lowes is so backwards.
pretty much- got an email on oct 5th, saying the dryer i ordered was delivered on october 6th. best part? it was delivered two weeks ago. 
but the ring i ordered with this deal was good. also ordered a ge zwave switch and a pillow for my daughter. Ring and switch were great. still waiting on the pillow. monday will be a week overdue.
did i mention lowes kinda sucks?
Somehow Lowes is getting some of their order data crossed.
I bought and picked up an order, but when I look at the order now it shows $600 in bathroom tile.
It looks to be limited to displaying data and e-mails.
Ring support has been solid for me - sending me a new pro to try to see if the head issue goes away. On Sunny days it completely locks up. If it’s cool it works great.

I got mijne setup, but ring had to send me a chime pro because the door bell did not want to connect to the internet. Overall, I like it but this product still need a improvement. My router is iin the livingv room & only a few feet from the front door so not sure why the connection issue. I hope they p divide good updates with this thing to get the kinks out.

Hey guys. Is there an issue with the motion sensor. I set it up from the driveway to yhe door but it does not sense when I pull.in with the car or walk up the pathway.
the one I received is working flawlessly. setup the perimeter up to the street. when someone steps in my lawn, I get a notification instantly. Try to see if you need to replace, I heard ring’s cs is very good.

I’m going to play with it a little bit more & see what happens. I will.give them a call if the problem persists.
Give them a call. When i went to setup the detection zone the app wouldn’t let me draw the outline. The CS was very helpful and got me squared away so i could start getting motion alerts.
