Sorry to resurect an old thread here but has anyone got the Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 working with smartthings on their smart TV yet?
I have it set up, installed and working on my android and alexa devices. I have it installed on the Smartthings app on the TV and it gives me notifications but I can’t get it to show any video.
Any help appreciated.
Having the same issue with mine Ring Doorbell Pro 2 - works in the SmartThings app on my phone but not TV…anyone have any luck with this recently?
No change here. I’m still getting notifications on the TV but no video.

I have the same issue. Seems specific to pro 2 as all other devices work fine.
Does anyone know is this integration written by ring or by SmartThings? Seems to be hard trying to find out who should be responsible to fix this
The pro2 is not a new device now so not sure why it’s still not working. Someone is very behind with the times.
Just tried to connect doorbell pro 2 to my Samsung frame TV and it’s not working. Other ring cameras stream just fine. Why only the doorbell pro 2 not working?
