Ring history not showing in smartthings

I’m trying to get my Ring doorbell motion sensor to active a light switch thru smartthings and having no luck. I notice that my ring history is empty in smartthings. Is there a way to get Smartthings to get the activity from ring?

I have the same problem. Have you managed to solve it?

I have 2 other ring cameras and the history shows up in smartthings with no issues.
