Anyone’s video feed working or not working?
I’ve just got a ST and the ring video feed has never worked. Doorbell notifications work but that’s it.
Mine hasn’t worked for sometime. It very occasionally gives a feed but mostly nothing or a green mash up of the image.
I don’t really use the live feed from SmartThings anyway so never bothered me.
I’m in the UK and have Ring Pro.
Mine used to work just fine. But I rarely use it. So I tried tonight and it didn’t connect unless I pressed the full screen button… that would eventually display the stream, but would disconnect if I exit full screen mode. I have a Ring Pro.
