Hi, i have a new Stick up Gen2. 2nd in the household, but its not come through to ST. Is there a way to force this? The 1st one that I installed last week just came across, but ive waited over an hour and its still not here.
Any ideas?
Smartthings app, menu, settings, linked services, Ring, refresh.

What’s the solution if using the above steps doesn’t work? My doorbell camera is just fine, but after adding Ring Stick Up Cam to the Ring app, and refreshing the linked service in ST, it still only finds the doorbell. Have also unlinked/relinked. No luck.
Keep trying. I had a Tapo device that didn’t show after a refresh, then added something else, refresh, both items then showed.
Menu, settings, linked services, ring, unlink.
Home, add device, partner devices, ring, connect.
Routines, Doorbell, re-add doorbell to routines.
Those are the same steps as above like I mentioned and they aren’t working. Only the doorbell appears.
They are not the same steps as my first post, which was a refresh.
The second steps are basically unlink and start again, which is not the same.
