RGBW bulb light Control with multiple conditions?

hello everyone,

I have an Osram A19 RGBW bulb and I’m looking for a smartapp that will turn on the bulb to a specific color based on the following conditions:

motion
contact sensor

restricted by:
Mode
illuminance

Does such smartapp exist?

Not directly that I know of, but WebCoRE can do this.

WebCore looks daunting I’ll spend sometime and learn it, but if anyone else has an other alternative, I’d love to hear it.
