REST API device status not updating

I too am experiencing this problem on a 2021 Samsung Frame Tv.
Any solutions?

Thanks for reaching out. This is an OCF device, therefore, the lack of info in the API is due to the manufacturer’s configuration on its device handler. Here’s more info about this kind of devices:
