REST API device status not updating

I can succesfully load a device’s status via the REST API but the data is not up to date.

https://api.smartthings.com/devices/{{device}}/status

Most values have a timestamp of a few days ago, including the TV channel. The only value that is updating is the power on state.

I too am experiencing this problem on a 2021 Samsung Frame Tv.
Any solutions?
