Remote sensor routine or thermostat control

I’m looking for a simple app. It can either trigger a routine based off of a remote temperature sensor or adjust my thermostat from cool to heat, or Auto to off. Using iris Motion sensors that report temperature. Cozy 2 doesn’t do it, neither does routine director. Simple honeywell rth6580, so climate control apps don’t seem to work. Anything available?
