[RELEASE] Enhanced SmartSense Temp/Humidity Sensor

I made two new device types for the default SmartThings SmartSense Temperature / Humidity Sensor. In both I added the capability to add a icon and also add a offset for the humidity sensor.

This device type has the Temperature as the primary value for displays and humidity secondary. The other uses the Humidity as the primary value for those that want to display humidity without having a additional virtual device.

There was a firmware update that seemed to have broken the old code used to pull humidity. So the code was updated based on updates to the original SmartThings code. This fixed the issue and brings it in line with updates SmartThings has made to the device.
