Red Light and Hub (v2) not working after Firmware update

Smartthings had a scheduled firware upgrade scheduled for today (I received an email from ST with the notice). Look like my hub is offline with a RED light. What should I do? As per the manual, red light means firmware being upgraded. It has been like this for more than few hours now. What is the best action? Power cycle?

Its prob best to email support and wait.

ST Support is almost non-exist (Must be hiding). Also not available on chat. Last time when I send them an email, it took 1 week to send a dumb reply. They don’t even seems to care anymore?

So I decided to power cycle and seems to be working. Got few disconnected from network so far. Is the new firmware buggy?
