I replaced my Xfinity Home system with a SmartThings V2 hub awhile ago. One of the devices left over from the Xfinity Home system is a Radio Thermostat CT-30e. I replaced the Xfinity Home USNAP module with the required RTZW-01module like the SmartThings website said to, but i am having problems. The CT-30e/RTZW-01 is connecting to my V2 hub as a “z-wave thermostat”, but when the device is brought up in the app (iOS) it shows all of the correct thermostat tiles but there is no info displayed and the button tiles do not control the CT-30e. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot these problems?
I have the same problem and assumed that I likely have a defective Thermostat, USnap or… Possibly, an insufficiently clever DTH.
I’m not particularly anxious to figure it out.
So my CT-30 & Z-Wave USnap is free to a good home (USA only) willing to pay for US Priority Post.
